Yesterday, I finally got an email from AT&T informing me one of my chargers had shipped and it is scheduled for a Monday delivery. Then, today, I got the second email about the 2nd charger. Should be here Tuesday or Wednesday. Bout damn time!
I got an email stating that I was supposed to be shipped a charger and that one would be shipped as soon as it was available about a week and half ago. Pre-ordered day one. Called last week and I was told that my account was flagged correctly and that chargers were back-ordered.
Ordered an off contract yellow 920 on 11/09. It got cancelled on 11/19 and csr reordered on 11/20. Got my tracking number today for the charging plate. No tracking number for my yellow 920.
Mine just shipped. Exactly two weeks after I purchased it. Someone said they wait the 14 day waiting period to make sure you don't return the phone before they send the plate.
Finally shipped mine on the 28th tho it didn't leave the Texas sort facility until today, they never sent me an email though, I had to check manually through att order status.
Nothing yet. Been 3 weeks now. Only was lucky enough to get one representative that was able to find the status for my plate "Processing". I am not sure how is it possible for one agent to find the status and then call several other ones and they are clueless. He gave me the order number and an invoice number to go along with and they still can not find it lol.
