Yes, on the web, there are some problems: instaling applications don't work, find my phone don't work.
But ring my phone works.

ok so you changed your CSC to ETL and got an FW update 2424.14.6.1 right?
I dont have any informations about this FW but it should be just a small update for the ETL region (mine FW is 2424.13.11.2 so its just a region update). What you can do is a hard reset or reinstall WP 8 with GDR3 if you have i8750 or install developer preview and update straight to WP 8.1.1

in this process change back your CSC to default or try NEE - ATO
