Windows Phone 8 OS (easily upgradable to Windows Phone 8.1)
Quad-core 2.3 GHz Krait 400 CPU, Adreno 330 GPU; Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset, 2GB of RAM;
13MP autofocus camera with LED flash, 1080p video recording, Samsung Shooting modes app
2MP front-facing camera, 1080p video recording
16GB of built-in storage, expandable via the microSD card slot
Active noise cancellation with dedicated mic

2,600mAh user-replaceable battery

Main disadvantages

Only available on Verizon Wireless in the United States
Design is a tad too familiar

Why design a slightly different case when they can just put a sticker on the button and slap a different logic board in lol

Setting apart the "classic" Samsung design... this phone actually looks good, quite impressive hardware specs.

Yes. Too bad they couldn't review it running 8.1. If the user experience for the SE on WP 8.1 is as good as my Ativ S, it should be fantastic, considering the great spec the SE has.

Yep because were still at that point with Windows Phone because people still generalize it as a third class citizen, so they feels people don't really know what its about. Not every phone is equal and they don't realize that.
