Authentication Required message, what is this about?

Authentication Required message

Everytime I open the messages tile, this message keeps popping out, authentication required, continue or cancel. What's this about? I'm on windows 10 mobile.

I don't see this every time, but it's happened a couple of times for me......but no idea why!

Call Microsoft. Believe me, this works.

However they will need to access your computer remotely.
