Automating Bluetooth and Wireless Connection and Disconnection

As a long time Android user, I became quite attached to the Tasker app. One of the uses I had for this app was to automate when my Bluetooth turned on and off. Quite simply I set a trigger so that when the phone disconnected from my home wireless network, it turned Bluetooth on automatically. And the same in reverse - when it connected to the home wireless network, Bluetooth was turned off. is there any way to accomplish this in Win 10 mobile?

I don't know if such an app exists, but have been waiting for one since WP8.1. But back then, it was ok to leave those on and still get awesome battery life on WP8.1. There was even an option to automatically turn on wifi based on location built into wifi sense. But, Microsoft, in their infinite wisdom seems to have left that feature out of Windows 10 Mobile.
