I currently have build 10581 installed on my Lumia 1320. Build 10586 is available, which requires 1.12GB to download. I have 1.52GB available on the phone (10.04GB on my SD card)... so I can't understand why I am unable to download the update.

I keep get messages from Phone Update, stating that I don't have enough space...

Does anyone know why I can download the update...?

You forget your phone is like a notebook: when you download and install a software, first it decompress itself .
So, it needs at last the double of its downloaded size.
It's mentioned in official Gabe blog, minimum storage required 3 GB free. Move all your app (the ones they can) and photos in sd first, then donwload the upgrade
