It was a good ad when it was released. Much better then the Dancing and Clicking Surface + Keyboard ad.

Yep for sure. the camera sucks. but its a hell of a lot better for image quality than even anything available today!

I think you might be confused about the meaning of the word "sucks." The Lumia 1020's camera is fantastic.

If only there was a version with Snapdragon 820 for the 41 megapixels to take advantage of, so that it processes photos faster and records 4K videos! Sigh! We can't even hope of it! With 'Surface Phone' coming in 2017, we can hope we see another 41MP phone in 2022, because maybe by the time 41MP would be norm!

Again. Setting apart doesn't mean nice. There's a reason the mass flocks to certain types of phones and that's because the majority may have a certain opinion that for example you don't. The only Nokia phones I thought looked good were the 830/930/icon. My bro has the 925 and it's ok but the others look better in my opinion. Again it's opinion based but my guess is that a lot of the world agrees giving the adoption rates of certain types of phones.

Then again I find the 950xl to be a good looking phone and many sites haven't agreed. Though people I've come across in person all agree with me. So maybe that's more bias in the media than actual user opinions. The mozo cases do allow for a more customized experience at least.

Ah the 1020... I had two of them, in yellow. I sometimes miss that camera. But then again the 1520, which is what I had after those, took amazing pics as well (just not as large)... Then I moved on from the 1520 as well.

Nowadays, it's really hard to get a new smartphone that doesn't have an excellent camera!


Btw, I still have my 1020 camera grip attachment (black) in my desk drawer if anyone's interested.

Keep it! put it up on display, we wont see a Lumia 1020 type phone ever again, I don't think
