Back button is DIM

Afternoon everyone.
I have just got a Nokia Lumia 1020 and have noticed that the back button doesnt appear as bright as Start and Search.
Is this normal, how do I make them brighter..?

No way to solve it, except sending to nokia care... the little led is weak, or it lost the glue, so its a little far from the screen. If you want to try ( i would not) you can open the phone, and see if its the glue

The phone only arrived today. Ill contact my network and report it with them, hopefully they will do a doorstep swap.

Just posting an update....
My network, O2, will be sending me out a replacement handset and it should be here with thin the next 1-3 working days. Hopefully that one won't be faulty.

Have seen this for both the 920 & 1020. Got a replacement 1020 that was like this initially, sent it back due to other issues and the one I have now is perfect......knock on wood

i had an 928 with an similar problem. I used to fix all my cellphones, exchanged 2 screens on galaxy s, audio jack on s2, and the buttons light (like yours) on motorola atrix.
After all these, i decided not to fix then anymore, since it seens it never gets really good.. sometimes it looks loose, sometimes dust behind screen.. its a pain
