Band 2 with computer

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before; I did a search and found nothing.

My Band 2 recently took a hard fall, and I just received the replacement. Coincidentally, my Lumia 950 bricked yesterday, and I won't have a warrantied replacement until next week. I'm trying to sync my band with my computer in the interim. I manually paired it in my BT settings, but the Health app isn't finding it. Has anyone had any luck with this? I'd love to use my Band 2 for a big bike ride I have scheduled tomorrow.

What version of Window? I don't know of anyone having luck syncing via USB on Windows 7. No drivers. Windows 10 will work - at least via USB. I'm not sure about BT. But if Win7 didn't have the drivers, I don't know as it would work via BT on 7.

Ok, then I'd think you should be able to get something to work by using the charging cable plugged into the computer.
