band keeps loosening up

I just got my band today. I am used to my g5aear fit and learning all of the features. When ever I get the band on and adjusted it it slides out to very loose where the heart rate monitor won't make contact to my skin. The strap slides all around and doesn't seam to lock. Anyone else have this issue or a fix?

seems like your clasp is broken. mine doesn't slide at all.

Great I guess that means I have to send it back and wait forever

Mine stays locked in place, You might want to take it to a Microsoft Store and swap it in than you don't have to wait

If you're having the problem discussed in http://forums.windowscentral.com/microsoft-band/320969-clasp-issue.html, then it seems to be a pretty simple fix.

Exactly. The clasp has a "gear teeth-like" latch. Once it locks it, it will NOT move until you retract the catch by pressing the on the buttons.

But if the spring is out of place, I can see how you'll have problems.
