[BAND] Network error?

Hi,

I received my band on Friday, I paired it with an Iphone 6, The band is paired I can customize it, but every time I try to sync it the app says Network error and thats it, It's been 2 very frustrating days, 6 times I have reseted the band, erased the app from the phone 4 times, and every times is the same, the band appears in the app, I can customize it, change tiles, but it wont sync the activities. Any suggestions or should I just Quit???

It's very disappointing, I live in Mexico and have tried a vpn with usa ip address, but nothing works.

It said that multiple times a day for me as well. Seemed to do better if you kill the app and then relaunch it, but you shouldn't have to. It's frustrating. Mine only syncs when I force it to and not reliably.
 
I get Network Error but this is during the first launch of the app and I cant even setup my new band, very frustrated right now
