For some reason I am unable to Sync my Band with the MS Band Sync App. No issues in syncing with my Lumia 930. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling the Desktop software but still no luck. Band is plugged into the USB on my Surface Pro and I can see it charging. Not sure what I'm missing here?
