band wont connect to pc anymore

My band has stopped connecting to my (or any PC)
ive replaced the cable cleaned the back used other tablets laptops even different OS and still it wont connect to the MS band sync app on pc.

any ideas ???? as i dont know how im going to get any future firmware updates if it wont connect.

oh and it charges just fine just wont sync
