Bank of America app not logging in

Anyone else having trouble with the boa app? I won't login it and would not move past the login screen.no error message or anything. It just won't do anything.

I've tried that multiple times. Almost feel like i need to do a hard reset to fix it.

one last try - move to internal storage

my app was in the internal storage already. I gave up. I did a hard reset, and now it works. must've corupted the database somehow.

I usually suggest hard reset as the last and final option since it takes a lot of effort - glad it got sorted out for you

Dang it stopped working again I don't think I did anything different this time.

I uninstalled. Restarted. Then reinstalled. Still won't log in.

It works fine on Android. I tried it just now.

What's odd is the app works fine on my surface pro 4.

I hope someone is looking to update this already.
