Battery capacity measure

My Lumia 920 has a little more than 2 years of usage and basically I suspect the problem I have with the battery is that capacity has dropped way below the nominal capacity.

Is there an app capable of measuring actually battery capacity (mAhr) like Dell diagnostic tools in Laptops, etc?

I am gettin similar problems with my 630,battery only charges to 96 most days.Not aware of any battery diagnostic apps.ones I've used just measure battery usage only.

So far I have only seen apps that express everything in %. That's not that useful if because wear level my battery con only hold 1300 mAh instead of 2000 mAh.
