Battery drain after restart Windows Phone 8.1 preview

Switching regions to enable Cortana, my Lumia 925 which is fully charged, restarts with about 25% left!

I have not noticed this drastic battery drain after normal restarts.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I noticed the same on my 822.

Probably not a battery drain, but the battery calibration might be thrown off.
