Battery draining post Lumia Cyan Update - Lumia 1320

Hello Guys,

I am noticing battery is draining fast in my Lumia 1320. I have stopped all the background applications still It drains.

My mobile battery used to last for 2 days before update.

This is really very frustrating....

I don't know if all the people have same issues with Lumia cyan update, but my phone works completely fine! No issues with the battery draining too fast! I have Lumia 1320. Yes your battery would definitely get drained if you are a gamer like me, because it gets heated up, & it gets heated up more on mobile connection than a Wi-Fi connection!

It is working fine for me If I stop all background apps even FB and whatsapp

Yes, for those whose battery is draining too fast, stop background apps which you are not using, turn off the location(turn on when you need it), use dark theme, stop using double tap to wake phone, turn off glance if you don't need it!

i had the same issue another thread suggested a hard reset so i formatted my phone and its running great and with the autoback of msgs,pictures and apps it was easy to restore my phone

You could hard reset your phone, but what if the problem arises again? How many times could you reset your phone? I recommend basic measures to save the battery
