Battery life taken a big hit since Win10 upgrade??

Has anyone found out why our Surface Pro 3's battery life has taken such a big hit since updating go Win10?? I updated to Win10 months ago but battery life has never gotten back to anywhere near what it was with Windows 8... Even in sleep mode it loses battery life??
I don't use the keyboard case or the pen so neither of those are drawing power or inadvertently turning it on in sleep mode.

I am getting roughly 7 hours, about the same as on Windows 8
