Battery meter and percentage after a reboot

Does this happen to anyone else? I have a 925/att/gdr3 (but has do,w this for a long time) if the batter says 50 percent remaining, and I reboot, it will cone back and say 40 percent. Values change but typically 5 to 10 percent difference, in the negative, after a reboot. Can't believe that a reboot would actually consume that much battery.

It because the battery meter apps update once an hour, but when you reboot, it updates all your tiles, showing a new percentage.

I've seen this too. Mostly though I've seen it go the other way, like it gains 10 or 15% after a reboot. It's not constant though, in other words, it doesn't always change, just sometimes.

This has always happened with my 810 and 920. When I reboot, it will show the battery down by about 7-8%. Kind of annoying, but what can you do?

It's a windows phone thing, your phone does not have issues. Like I said, it is just the live tiles updating.
