Battery meter jumping up

Hello everyone!

Sometimes when I restart my Lumia 925, the battery meter jumps up with a couple %. Nothing really strange there in my opinion. But over the last couple days, I felt my battery life got shorter and shorter. So I shut down my phone when it was at 39% battery, and when I restarted it, it was at 72%! The battery jumped up 33%!

Is this anything to worry about? Anything someone recognizes?

I'd recommend doing a soft reset as it may just be a glitch.

Soft reset -> hold volume down and power button together until the phone vibrates, phone will restart. You may need to reset your date and time. No files are deleted.

See if that fixes it and report back.

I've already done a couple soft resets in the past, but I'll try another one right now

Well it's the opposite for me, when I shut it off it tends to drop like 10% of battery life
