Battery Saver 8.1 not Working

Has anyone else noticed that the Battery Saver in 8.1 is not doing it's job?

Before upgrading, I would get to 20% and when Battery Saver automatically turned on, my battery would last forever.

Now, I can even turn it on at 30% and with moderate use it gets to about 12% battery and then lasts about 20 minutes.

Anyone else noticing this?

Make sure your apps are not enabled to work in background in Battery Saver. It may also be a bug or something. Battery Saver works fine for me.
