Wow, my battery on my SP3 is dropping like lead on this build. Anyone else experiencing this on the SP3 or other devices?

Check your brightness. Mine was cranked up by default. I also setup the power plan etc and its normal now.

Put your thumb over the sensor next to the camera. Does it.. mine does but was stuck at first install

Good call, thanks. I was installing the Intel driver and it wasn't sticking. Got it to finally stick by doing it manually through device manager. Changed the entire W10 experience, tbh. No more stuttering, sleep works perfect.
