Best desktop for android phone?

Looking for an All in One desktop that has a decent sized screen 22”-24”’s with good sounding speakers and built on webcam but prefer to stay under $700-$800.00
Screen resolution is important also.
Glossy not matte. Will be using an Android phone if that helps
