Best Launcher

Finally moving from the 950XL to a S9+ plus and looking for the best launcher for someone coming from Win10 who loves the live tiles and look of win10?

When you use a launcher do you lose any features or controls that Samsung's software add?

Launcher10. Can't answer about the Samsung features, have a Moto.

I'm sticking to Microsoft Launcher. As for losing features, the only one I have lost so far is access to Bixby home on a swipe to the left most, which is fine because I don't use it.

Square Home 2 (I think it's now 3?) excellent live tiles with a few more customizable options than even WM10.

I would recommend you to go with Nova Launcher, because it's already very famous for it's homescreen customizations.
