Best Lumia phone for gaming, watching movies etc?

Hello everyone,

I had a Lumia 625 since 2 years. I use it like a tablet, like for watching movies or playing games etc. Some people might say it is better to use a tablet but personally I prefer using mobile phones as tablets as they're small enough to hold in one hand when you're lying in bed. The 625 was great for this purpose. It met all my needs.

Now, however, the phone is old and giving me problems and it is time to buy a new phone. But, there are many lumia models to choose from and I don't know where to start. Can anyone give me a list of good lumia models which can be used as a tablet?

If cost is no issue, the Lumia 950 and 950 XL are the top of the line devices.

If cost is of concern, I recommend a Lumia 640, 650 or 640 XL.

(do note that all of these devices are larger than your 625 - if you want something with the same screen size as your current phone, a Lumia 730 series phone is what you'll want.)

The XL models are much larger than the others so if you want a large display that dwarfs the 625, consider those.

Thanks for replying. Actually, yes I would prefer a model about the same size as my 625. The 640 XL is giant! It's like a mini tablet than a phone. Something I can easily hold in one hand while lying down is what I need. I think I'll give 730 a try. Any other suggestions?

The 830 is a more premium model but is otherwise similar under the hood. I would really consult phone size comparison tools.

Wow. I just had to google phone size comparison tools and just go to the first results...
Now I feel dumb for asking that question =/. Sorry for my ignorance. And thanks for guiding me there. I think I have all the info I need now. I'll look more into the 730 and 830 and some similar models and hopefully I will find the one I need.
