Best unbranded ROM for an AT&T phone?

I currently have an AT&T 1520 (RM-940) and I'm really sick of when I hard reset it, all the AT&T bull**** reinstalls.

What is a good unbranded ROM that I can install on this phone? I unlocked this phone years ago and haven't ever used it on AT&T anyway.

I have the flash tools but rather than waste hours of testing, I was hoping someone here has already done this and can report what ROM they used.

The AT&T RM-940 cannot be debranded or flashed to another ROM yet. You'll have to live with the AT&T bloatware reinstalling every time after a hard reset which can be uninstalled.

That sucks. I've changed ROMs all the time on other Lumias. Is there something about the 1520 bootloader that prevents it or something?

There's an AT&T lock on it's firmware that no one has managed to bypass.
