Bing apps auto enabling background tasks

whenever I disable my Bing news and sports apps.. they get automatically activated in the background tasks..

I've seen that on the weather app too. Guess Microsoft is going with the stealth now to get your data.....

I've noticed that it seems to re-enable if the app gets an update from the store, but I haven't really checked otherwise. When I noticed it, I wondered if it had to do with being linked to my MS account and syncing with the desktop version.
