Bing health&fitness doesn't work

I have really big problem with this application. When my screen turns off, it stops tracking me. When screen is on it works fine. My lock screen is set to 1 min. After that screen turns off. When I turn on screen again, it just draft a straight line between my last position(when screen was on), and the current position. The app is allowed to works in background, live tile works, battery saver is turned off.I have tried to reinstall app, restart phone, soft reset, tried also to disable Bing health to works in background and allow it again, nothing. Also I've disabled many other apps to work in background. Does anyone have the same problem?I don't know what to do....

I have this happen once in a while but its rare. Maybe you need to do a soft reset, or uninstall and reinstall the app (or both).

I've tried that, several times, nothing... I really don't understand why it doesn't work. Your app works fine, right? Do you have wp8.0 or 8.1? I'm on wp8.1, maybe is that problem?

I'm on 8.1 with a 920. I can't say the app works fine, sometimes it's slow to respond, other times it's fast. I do believe the app needs some major bug fixing.

Now it works! Problem was live tile! You must pin it to start in order to works in background, otherwise it doesn't work.
