This has happened for several weeks now on and off with my wife. We both have Lumia 925.
- Person phoning can hear the other person. Person receiving can't hear anything but white noise. This goes, obivously both ways.
- When the person receiving (who can't hear) goes to speaker, then both people can hear each other.
- Not entirely sure, but it's possible that when both people are on 4G, there is no problem. (Each time, I'm on WiFi, wife on 4G. Today I switched to 4G, no problems. But it was only once, I haven't tried again to see if this is more than just a coincidence.)
We are both running the 8.1 Developer Preview because Denim has yet to come out here in France.
ANY help would be great. Our provider has no clue and just wants us to hard reset, we have no clue, we've hit a wall with this.
