Black Screen Problem (not during calls)

My lumia 920's screen won't turn on. I dont know how it happened but when I tried to use my phone last night, my phone just showed a black screen but the keys would still light up whenever i pressed the power button. I tried taking a screenshot and it made the screenshot sound but the screen was still black. I tried to soft reset and hard reset it but its still shows the black screen. Can anyone please help me solve this problem?

I am not sure but from my experience it can happen if you have screen protector on your lumia 920 and it is covering your light sensor area as well.

if you hard reseted it and still got this problem, guess you'll have to take to the nokia care assistance..
