Black update problem error ( 8018830f)

India , using lumina 720 can't update my phone to black update.. It is downloading 100% then in installing process it load up-to 12% then jumps to 99%-100% and stats a message like ( the update was downloaded ,but can noted be opened (8018830f) Plzz help me friends ,, I am feed up .. I need to install plz do help.

Do a soft reset on your phone. It's possible the update wasn't ready 100% and that's why you got the error.

Soft reset -> hold volume down button and power button and wait for the phone to vibrate. Release and phone will restart. Set time and date if necessary.

Hey man, I had this while trying to update to amber a while ago. What I did: I downloaded another language as I already had Romanian and English on my phone. Then I restarted the phone and tried again with the update. Went well and smooth. Hope it helps.
