Blackberry to Windows Mobile

[Need_Your_Help]

Hi All, in need of some help!
Have been using a Blackberry for many years and love its business like approach to email, contacts, calendar, voice - I particularly like the qwerty keyboard. My employer will be stopping Blackberrys and need to find a fast and efficient device that runs on Windows.
My only brief experience with Windows was with a Treo (cc3yrs ago) which was dead slow and had a terrible battery life so am hoping the world of Windows has moved on.
Does anyone have any useful suggestions?

I would go with the HTC Snap. I've seen reviews and it is a clean device, similar to what you are used to(BlackBerry, Qwerty).
