Blinking charging icon... What does that mean?

I'm sure you all notice the plug icon on the battery when you are charging your phones. Mine is currently blinking.... Anyone knows what's going on??

Same here . I am new to windows phone and I have no idea. I think it is just the normal charging animation .

It blinks while it's charging and stops blinking once it's fully charged.

When you look at the lock screen it is not blinking,but when you unlock the phone it starts to blinking until reaching 100%.

Perfectly normal whilst charging.

If the blinking of charging icon is normal then why does my phone keep on disconnecting after every few seconds from PC? I'm using the same cable which I use for charging. After drivers installation, I restarted my PC too and changed the USB ports but still it keeps on disconnecting.
