Blinking LED with BLU charger is this normal?

When I use my chargers, either 110V plug-in or car chargers, the LED glows red when the Blu phone is charging or green when it is 100% charged. But when I use the charger that came with the phone, the LED blinks. Is it supposed to blink like this on the in-box charger? It's the only charger I've ever seen do this with this phone.

Could be your in-box transformer is during and is pulsing the power. Could be a bad cable...definatly not normal

I'm thinking it can recognize an official charger. My current 435 (to be replaced by the HD LTE on Wednesday) by default popped up an alert that I was not using an official charger and thus my phone may charge slower, even on higher power chargers.
