Block and Filter App New Features?

2 days (02-Nov-2016) back I got update for Block and Filter App on my Lumia 830 (non-insider). In Store, app displayed list of new features available with update, and it look exciting.
But none of these features are accessible from any settings menu. In Phone settings, when we select "Blocked Calls" it still displays old settings. While navigating through "Settings", to Call and SMS Filter (as displayed in this page- https://www.windowscentral.com/site.../01/call-pluys-sms-shutdown.jpg?itok=MrQi2a_f), Block and Filter App settings simply don't open.
Anybody else got this update and new features mentioned in update?
Or are these new features applicable to only new phones 950/650/550!?

I think I haven't gotten it... But recently it still blocked some unwanted calls so it is working fine at least...
