Blocking an SMS Fail?

Hello,

I think this number should be blocked. I blocked it before, yet it still show up. It showed up in my notifications as unread, so I went to block it, and my only option is to unblock it...not block it.

Why is it getting through? Help?

What carrier r u using? If u r with Verizon you can block it there. That is how I normally block a number.
