Well... First, Thanks for you help, My phone after a failed update has been left in a reboot loop. When i connect the power wired the phone turns on, and after the "blu" logo the screen show me a "Sad Face" "

I tried to repair the problem with "Windows Device Recovery Tool" I follow the steps, and finally it show me a "Successful" Message, and when the phone reboot the sad face is still here.
I don't know what to do for repair my phone, my face is more sad than the phone face.
In the page needrom.com I found a Rom for this mobile but I don't know how install this because the manual is in Chinese. Someone Help me?((
