Every time I power up my phone the blue logo comes up then it goes to a blue screen with a sad smiley face what is wrong and how can I fix it

Every time I power up my phone the blue logo comes up then it goes to a blue screen with a sad smiley face what is wrong and how can I fix it

you have to reset it using Windows device recovery tool, kindly cehck your last post about the same issue and refrain from making similar posts and spamming.
