Bluetooth not working

I recently bought an unlocked 950 and a Microsoft Band 2. Both were working fine for 2 days but now my phone will not connect to the band. In fact it will not connect to any Bluetooth device. Does anyone have any idea what has happened? When I use the Gadgets app it states that it cannot find any device - no matter how many Bluetooth enabled devices I have on (e.g. my Surface Pro 3 or a Motorola roadster hands free device).

I had this issue before try restarting your phone and then once its one restart your band. Let me know how that works.
