Bluetooth Volume

I have a Motorola h720 which pairs ok but volume is way low an can barely be heard be me or anyone talking to. All volumes are max on both. Anyone know how to make better?

Update on problem: per Nokia the Motorola Bluetooth headset (h720) is not compatible; per Motorola the h720 Bluetooth headset is compatible so here we go again

now for the rest of the story. Went to art store and the Motorola h720 worked perfect on their display models of l900. The switched out my phone and Bluetooth was perfect when leaving store. Did the update and Bluetooth went back to the same problem was having. Restored phone back to factory and Bluetooth came back perfect. But now the office tile is gone and no office, anyone know how to get it back?
