Blurry photos and picture sharpness

Hello!

I've got my lumia 1520 two days ago and i love it I have question about camera pictures. Before i take a picture of some item the picture is relly sharp and clean , but when i take it , the picture suddenly becomes blurry . But when i go to the gallery, the picture looks quite well , but relly sharp looks after 2 sec . It seems like every picture is loading 2 sec to look sharp . Is this normal ? For me is this disturbing.
