Is there any solution for this? Could I possibly download an old WP OS on an SD card and get it to update from that? There's no way to connect my phone to a PC due to the broken Micro SD port. :shocked:

It's not really urgent or anything though. This is my old phone, but it still sucks.
 
No, the only option is to fix the USB if you want to revert back to 8.1.

However, if you want to do a hard reset to windows 10, I think there is a sequence of steps to press on physical buttons to activate it. I am not sure about it though. Search hard reset.

I don't think so. If your USB port (I think you mean that, not microSD) is broken, it's pretty useless considering reparation is eather not possible, or pretty expensive.
 
You'll need to fix the micro USB port first before you can restore it. If you're handy and am not afraid to solder, you can repair the broken contacts of the port back to the motherboard. If that doesn't work, you will probably need s new motherboard out just get another phone.
