Broke the lcd under my glass

at some point to much force was put on my screen. I would post a picture but it would just be a black screen with an ink looking splotch. Basically my screen is none functioning. Got it to work enough just to reset it. I have insurance. Can i just bring it into AT&T and pay the fee to get a new one or do i have to go through the phone claim website and file a claim?

I don't have ATT, but I would expect that you should be able to take it into the store. There's always that possibility that they will tell you to call the insurance company, in which case the odds are that they'll send you a replacement, and you put the broken phone into the box and send it back. I've had phones replaced both ways.
