Bug: Battery usages

The usage section in the battery saver earlier showed nearly all apps with a full bar all the way to the right of the screen except a few apps at the bottom of the list. This was due to background task not app usage as I found when selecting them. Later on it returned to normal, meaning more sensible usages which were originally shown for each app, with very little background task usage. #fishy
