Bug with lumia 640 xl

I just updated my Lumia 640 XL but now its not starting. Every time its starting and then switching off and again starting on its own. Its getting stuck on the windows logo and switching off again. I tried removing the battery but the same as above is happening.

Updated from W8.1 to W10? How? Thought it's been made quite difficult to make the switch after missing out on the free anniversary update, except through the insiders ring....

Are you on the insiders ring then, that should be easy to get you over. I suppose.

I've been using the 640 xl for over 1year, on W10 with no hitches since the switch with anniversary update. I'm sure there's a way around this.

Yes I am in the inside preview and never had any problems. But now I am not able to do anything since the phone is just going on and off and no menu or anything is accessible to solve the problem. I had to take out the battery and keep it otherwise it would just be flickering on and off.

Windows Device Recovery Tool is the way to go.
