c:/data...\data .. flashed by when updating

i was just updating the new "here" apps and while downloading the apps i could see the file-systems address for the apps " c:/ program/ data....."
had never seen any glimpse of it before, just got me curious as why we dont get access to it to be able to move so many files that end just scattered and invisible allover the phone

The concept is that the user experience is better when users do not have to care where files are.

I've not really ever cared that I don't know where the photos/apps etc. are stored... it just works, which suits me.

I've seen that before when installing other apps. I think it's a bug and isn't supposed to show that.

I've seen it before. when it's installing updates, the directory shows up at the app list.
