Call and SMS Filters

As stated in this article, Call and SMS filters have been added with an update. I see this option on my 1020 but when I try to use it I get a message of "Can't open the filter at the moment. Please try again later or restart your phone."

I've re-started, played around with settings, waited 24+ hours, no luck. on AT&T in the US.

Working for others? Any suggestions?

It works fine on my Lumia 810 with the Amber/GDR2 firmware, on T Morbid USA

I noticed I had another update for extras + info this afternoon, after installing that update the SMS filter is now working for me.
