Call reject option

i am facing the proble regarding the call reject option..as per procedure we need to go in
EXTRAS + INFO where we can find the call reject option..but it is not coming..
so i checked the PHONE UPDATE option..where it is showing your phone is updated..
how can i solve my problm..plz suggest..

If you have gdr2/amber then Download SysApp Pusher and install Call+SMS filter.
