Call+SMS Filter: Blocked list not backed up/restored

Just been through the downgrade to 8.0 from 8.1DP and then update to Cyan with 8.1 on my L1520.

When Call+SMS Filter was re-installed, the list of blocked numbers was empty. Surely this should be included in the backup the phone takes every so often (I forced it to take one prior to starting the down/upgrade)?

Anyone else had this happen to them?

It's not backed up unfortunately. My list was erased also.
