Call+SMS FILTER not working

Hi, I have nokia 930 with developer Preview 8.1 update 1.

I have install Call+SMS filter, but every time I open it.. "it says, can't open, please restart the phone"

Anyone can try ?

Click on network+ in settings and that will ask you to reboot, then it'll work fine, it happened me too, they must be linked

I have just try it.. It ddidn't ask me to reboot.. I did reboot but it does not work.
Do you have 8.1 Update 1 ?

Just checked. Never used it but it opens for me.928. Maybe you want to reinstall it.

Change your date to 2114 or something year. Try to open Call+SMS it will tell you to uninstall it. Do it. Then fix your date and reinstall it

I have already done that.. Do you have 8.1 Update 1 with cyan ?

Update 1 w/o Cyan. It's not available for 928 yet

This is a cyan problem.. Because I have 2 phones with cyan and it does not work.. The one with black firmware works.. All of then with 8.1

Hello,
Even i had the same problem. All you have to do is ..
1) Download "Extra+Info" App in your phone either by Google or by searching in Store.
(I prefer Google since store doesn't show that App sometimes)
2) Restart your Phone.
3) Call + sms filter will be working fine now.
